Cumin Cilantro Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 bunch of cilantro
1 tablespoon toasted cumin seeds
1 lime juiced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cups plain greek yogurt
salt
pepper
DIRECTIONS:
Throw all the ingredients in the blender on medium until smooth. For a thicker texture add more greek yogurt and for a thinner texture add water.
NOTES:
This recipe is a great basic to use herbs you may have left in the fridge, I had some extra cilantro I was hoping to use. I love making a big batch of green sauce at the beginning of the week to add to my salads, top my tacos, or any veggie. This week I made a large batch of sweet potato and black bean enchiladas. This creamy and herbaceous sauce is the perfect pairing.
